Ayten Abdullayeva is an artist who finds inspiration in the everyday realities of life. Her art is an exploration of the human experience, with a particular focus on the often-overlooked aspects of existence. Through her watercolor paintings, collages, and installations, she captures the beauty in life's shadows and documents the moments that are often ignored.
Abdullayeva's work is primarily concerned with the themes of life and death. 2023: Installation named “I LOVE YOU” as a part of the last exhibition of Sabina Shikhlinskaya’s Contemporary Art School at YARAT “I was looking for a cure for my suffering”. Installation suffered domestic violence and as a result it is about women who were killed with various objects (most often with knives, axes and pistols). Azerbaijan
