Baku-based Emin Mammadov founded the QGallery Berlin (formerly Galerie Berlin Baku) gallery in Berlin in 2007. The gallery's major purpose is to introduce German spectators to Azerbaijan's art, culture, and history. Throughout the gallery's history, over 50 Azerbaijani artists of all generations have presented their exhibitions, ranging from classics to novice painters and students.

With various exhibitions and performances, he enhanced Berlin's cultural life. He additionally teaches at Azerbaijan's State Art Academy's Graphics Department. Emin Mammadov has organized a number of exhibitions in Azerbaijan and around Europe. He launched Qiz Qalasi Art Gallery (QGallery) in 1999, which is now one of Baku's most significant art centers, showcasing only the best modern Azerbaijani art.

Art director, creative consultant of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation for Culture and Art, and Honored Art Worker of Azerbaijan Emin Mammadov was officially awarded the regalia of the Academy's Honorary Member during a meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts in 2020.

Besides being the curator of many solo exhibitions of famous artists, Emin was the curator of the Azerbaijani pavilion "Born to Love" at the 59th Venice Biennale, organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation (he launched a remarkable exhibition of artworks by seven modern female Azerbaijani artists that focus on the phenomena of the Universe's Infinite Consciousness), 2013 Azerbaijan National Pavilion “Ornamentation”, 55th La Biennale in Venezia, Italy, 2015 Azerbaijan National Pavilion “Beyond the Line”, 56th La Biennale in Venezia, Italy, Azerbaijan National Pavilion “Vita Vitale”, 56th La Biennale in Venezia, Italy, 2017 Azerbaijan National Pavilion “Under One Sun”, 57th La Biennale in Venezia, Italy, 2019 Azerbaijan National Pavilion “Virtual Reality”, Palazzo Lezze, 58th La Biennale di Venezia, Italy, 7 & 8 Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, RF.
